Meet Adriana Azuri
Adriana Azuri the President and Chief Branding Strategist of the The Azuri Group. She is a LatinX executive writer, coach and branding expert who guides her clients through a highly strategic process of discovering their unique value proposition, positioning them to obtain their next, targeted corporate board seat or executive role. Adriana’s 20+ years of experience as a writing and communications leader has honed a diversified set of interviewing, writing, positioning and branding skills for executives and aspiring-to- experienced board directors from start-ups to Fortune 30 companies.
Adriana is industry and role agnostic. Her clients include the top 1% to 2% of executives and leaders at Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, HP, Cisco, Amazon, Intel, HPE, Verizon, Pfizer, Bristol Meyers Squibb, Merck, T-Mobile, Capital One, Goldman Sachs, McDonalds and many other industry leaders. She has also written and positioned LinkedIn executives across their own LinkedIn profiles. As a culturally attuned whisperer, she writes for clients across the US, EMEA, APAC, and Latin America.
In the past, she partnered with The Athena Alliance, an organization advancing women into the boardroom, where she created their board branding program, writing, recruiting, leading and training the writing team for hundreds of women leaders.
Adriana has also partnered with Women in Bio, a renowned organization promoting women in the life sciences, creating the board go-to-market materials for their 2021 cohort of 25 women leaders. Previously she partnered and wrote for 2,000+ executives and aspiring board directors at ExecuNet Inc.
Adriana has presented at board readiness programs and executive career search/coaching firms in the U.S., Europe and the Nordic region, on value propositions, branding, executive and board materials, interviewing, pitching and more. She currently presents to board panel for How Women Lead, and also at Neythri (South Asian women leaders on boards) and others.
As a life-long writer, Adriana wrote her first book at the age of 7, in her native Mendoza Province of Argentina, where she has climbed the Aconcagua mountain in the Andes mountain range.
When she is not writing, she can be found in her glass shop, working on her next stained glass window installation.
